Meet the founders behind Forside Management
MARCO ANDREA ZECCHI
Born in 1962, Marco Andrea Zecchi has built a distinguished career in motorsport management and team operations.
A former Ferrari F1 team member in the 1990s, he transitioned into driver management, guiding talents such as Gianni Morbidelli, Robert Doornbos, and Daniel Ricciardo from junior categories to Formula 1. He has also worked with drivers including Roberto Merhi, Ramez Azzam, and Pierluigi Martini. Beyond driver management, he has held key roles within motorsport organisations, including the Italian Motorsport Federation and the Imola Circuit.
Currently, he is CEO of EFFE Holding and Management Limited in Dubai, specialising in sponsorships and automotive events, and serves as a sales consultant for HPE Group in Modena, Italy.
ALESSANDRO TONOLI
Born in 1982, Alessandro Tonoli began his career as a racing driver, competing in top championships before transitioning into driver coaching and team management.
With experience across F4, Formula Regional, and GT racing, he eventually led his own F4 team. Over the years, he has worked with notable drivers such as Daniil Kvyat, Gabriel Bortoleto, and Isack Hadjar.
His dual expertise as a driver and team manager makes him a vital link between drivers and teams. Currently, he serves as a test driver for the Dallara SF23 and heads racing operations at TII, contributing to the development of the A2RL autonomous race car championship.
GIANNI MORBIDELLI
Born in 1968, Gianni Morbidelli brings decades of experience at the highest levels of motorsport.
He competed in 67 Formula 1 Grand Prix with teams including Scuderia Italia, Minardi, Ferrari, Arrows, and Sauber, achieving a podium finish at the 1995 Australian GP.
As a Ferrari F1 test driver from 1990 to 1997, he contributed to the team’s technical development. His achievements extend beyond F1, with titles in Italian and European Formula 3, four Italian Superstars Series championships, two International Superstars Championships, and a Speedcar Series victory.
Since 2020, he has led the Mini Challenge Academy and, in 2024, became Team Principal of Dinamic Motorsport, a multi-winning Porsche team.
